In this role you will be receiving inbound calls from clients, relating to products and services. Enquiries can range from technical product queries, system outages and account/transaction queries.
To be successful in this role we are looking for candidates with:
- Experience working in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills both written and english
- Ability to communicate technical information in plain english
- Problem solving ability
- Systems savy
- Quick learner
- Team player
