Our client is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Representative who has that extra ‘WOW’ factor. Someone who can provide the best support to their Retailers, service users and the company.
This role needs someone who oozes great attitude, passion, is proactive, self-driven, problem solves and loves being part of a team. You may have had experience in a level 1 helpdesk role, either in the telecommunications or similar industry.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be part of fun, ambitious, and customer centric team.
Working rotational shifts, your day will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service through inbound calls
- Logging and resolving level 1 helpdesk customer issues
- Escalation of non-solvable issues or complex issues
- Assist the outbound team with outbound calls
- Working closely with our internal customers including the Sales, IT and Marketing team
- And best of all… you get to speak and share in the excitement of the users.
