We have an excellent opportunity to utilise your strong customer service and administration skills in a temporary role commencing on Monday 10 October. You will be working in a small close knit team responding to a range of customer queries both phone based and via email. Your attention to detail and accuracy will be valuable to ensure systems are updated with the correct information. Our client needs some who can hit the ground running with minimal training and assist a busy team.

Key tasks include:

- Answering inbound calls and email queries
- Entering accurate information into company database
- Raising invoices
- Liaising with contractors and customers

To be successful in this temporary role you must demonstrate the following competencies and attributes:

- Proven customer service and administration skills and knowledge
- Excellent telephone manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Quick learner and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft suite MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional and positive "can do" attitude

You must be able to commence work on 10 October 2016 and commit to the duration of the temporary assignment which is 2-3 months. Hours of work are 8.00/8.30 am to 5.00/5.30 pm, Monday to Friday. Lower Hutt location with car parking available. Hourly rate $20.00 to $22.00 per hour plus holiday pay depending on experience.
