I am on the hunt for an experience Customer Service Representative, to join my client in this sought after part time role. Work Life Balance is so hard to find..but here it is! You will ideally have a background in banking or financial services, a passion for customer service and the ability to commit to your set hours as well as occasional additional hours when required to support the team.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and will have achievable KPIs to meet.

You will be joining a tight knit team who work closely together with a commitment to providing the best experience for their valued customers.

The key attributes we look for in you include:

*Proven experience in banking or financial services - face to face or contact centre
*A Team player, positive attitude
*Excellent communication both verbal and written
*Sales skills - ideally banking, financial services or similar
*Clear credit and criminal history

This role is set part time hours of Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 2pm - on occasion you may be asked to take on additional hours so some flexibility from you will be required.
