Dynamics CRM Technical Administrator - central city Wgtn, GR8 role in GR8 team - $80K-$90K p.a. - project based

- $80,000-$90,000 per annum salary, based in CBD - close to train station
- project based with lots of variety
- FAB team, supportive manager, lots of ongoing training

ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

This is a medium sized government agency that is based very close to the railway station (so super-convenient for public transport commuters!)

They are big enough to be a really interesting environment with plenty of projects to work on, but small enough to be a flexible, friendly place that offers a great team to work with and lots of variety and challenge.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is that of a Dynamics CRM Administrator. NOTE: they want someone who is experienced in the technical support and administration of Dynamics CRM, NOT a CRM Developer.

The work you will be involved with relates to:

- providing technical Dynamics CRM administration support to end users, including diagnosing and resolving problems
- monitoring data quality, data migrations and data integration
- gathering and analysing Dynamics CRM software requirements to ensure that they are met
- developing and maintaining user interfaces
- liaising with the vendor around defect fixes and change requests
- setting up security parameters and undertaking audits when required
- developing test plans and test scripts and coordinating test activities
- extracting data from the Dynamics CRM system to support CI reporting requirements.

WHAT THEY WANT TO SEE IN YOUR CV:

- demonstrated hands-on experience of working as a Dynamics CRM Administrator using 2013 or a later version
- strong skills in the use of Microsoft Office 2013 or a later version

NOTE: there is some travel between Auckland and Wellington required, although not overnight stays. So your circumstances must allow you to accommodate this.
