The successful candidate will be an experienced employment relations specialist with experience implementing an ER plan, promoting positive engagement between the union, staff and key stakeholders.
Communication is key - along with proven success in major collective agreement negotiations.
The role will involve coaching and training of Managers in a complex environment- one that changes quickly.
