Our Client based out in Manukau, is looking for a dynamic candidate to provide the above-mentioned support to the Finance and Administration Manager.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities would include:

* Managing the fixed asset register
* Post monthly journals
* Prepare GST, FBT, IRD
* Prepare monthly balance sheet recons
* Assist with the P & L
* Budgets and Forecasts
* Bank and Cash flow
* Accounts receivable and Credit Control
* Accounts Payable
* Back up for Payroll
* Monitor e-mails

Your Skills and Personal Attributes would include:

* Minimum of 2 to 4 years' work experience in a similar role
* Manufacturing Industry experience
* Excellent Excel experience (Pivots and Vlooku's)
* Navision accounting software experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Display strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience in Payroll (advantageous)
* Strong and accurate data entry skills
