- $ 22 per hour + 8 % holiday pay

Join a well known financial services organisation as an Inbound Customer Service Consultant.

In this role you will be purely answering incoming phone calls from customers related to customer payments and upcoming changes which are being implemented. The role will be based in a busy contact centre which is easily accede by public transport.

If you were successful in this role, you will receive $ per hour + 8% holiday pay, Monday to Friday hours and 5 weeks of paid training.

To be considered, we look for:

- Previous experience dealing with customers queries
- Ability to think outside the square
- Passionate about delivery excellent customer service
- Clear credit and criminal history
- Able to provide 2 references from two previous managers
- Eligible to work in New Zealand. If you are on a working holiday visa, a minimum of 10 months remaining

If you are successful in this role, you will receive:

- Be based in a purpose built contact centre which is located next to public transport
