Support the development and maintenance of organisational culture by working closely with Managers on performance management and staff development- coaching as required. You will have the opprotunity to provide rsound advice to Managers on all employment relationship issues.
This is a unionised environment, and you will contribute to sound and ongoing un ion relationships through formal and informal processes keeping th unions informed on HR resources initiatives and consulting appropriately.
The role has a strong generalist and advisory focus.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 3 years experince in a unionised environment, have highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of internal stakeholders in a confident and positive manner.
