As you will be supporting busy senior stakeholders, your previous roles will have included working with a good level of autonomy, whilst liaising with and supporting Senior Human Resources Advisors and Human Resources Business Partners working across a myriad of generalist human resources and change specific initiatives.
With excellent attention to detail, your generalist human resources experience will include providing advice on employment relations, pay and conditions within a unionised environment. As a person, you will be self-aware with respect to your development areas and what you may lack in depth of experience, you make up for with astute questioning, initiative and the ability to research and interpret legislation in a change context.
You will be comfortable with ambiguity and working "in the grey" and a change of focus or direction won't phase you in the slightest. You are aware of the people impact of change and have previously supported staff during reassignment and redeployment. High level communication ability, and excellent Microsoft office skills are essential.
