We are currently seeking for resilient, bubbly, confident and articulate customer service representatives who pride themselves on providing exceptional customer service and problem solving skills.

You will be joining a global leading electronic organisation, who are very popular within the electronic industry with the variety they offer.

Based in Northshore, this customer service role requires you to take inbound calls from customers with faults to their mobile phones and sending it off for repairs. You need to be passionate about customer service, resilient and can work really well under pressure.

To be considered for this role, we look for:

- Resilient and customer focused with high problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous call centre experience
- Eligible to work 40hours and a minimum of 6months left on your visa

In return for your hard work, we offer Northshore location with Monday to Friday business hours from 8am to 5pm and an excellent hourly rate.
