The Company

This is a polished Australian design and construct interiors consultancy that advises on solutions for creating amazing workplaces. It has a 360-degree service offering including space and interiors consultancy, project and build management and facilities management.
They have devised a winning formula that really examines and understands their client’s business, their drivers for change taking them through the journey providing a positive experience achieving a new workplace solution. They have clients spread across the tech sector, media and advertising, legal, hospitality, education and corporate. Project sizes are mainly between $1.2M - $1.8M with some $3M - $5M in value.

The Role

With identified growth in the Auckland market and with a strategy for growth they are looking to make entry into the NZ market. They are leveraging off existing trans tasman clients with one project already off the ground. Reporting to the Australian based GM, this is a senior project management role with responsibility for client management, contract admin, scopes of works, procurement, organizing sub trades, co-ordination and managing projects. It will also involve business development and growing a team under you as the business grows

Your background

We are looking for an experienced interiors senior project manager that has at least 10+ years’ experience managing projects within the interiors and fit out sector. You will have a good grasp on the design side. What’s important are your networks in the local Auckland market and being able to open some doors. You will be growing a team so team management skills are essential as are client relationship building skills

The Deal

In return for your efforts this role is looking to remunerate between $130K - $150 + benefits and opportunity to share in the net profit of the business.
