Working for a reputable IT company, you will be working on the North Shore as a Customer Care Representative. You will be the contact for the company, so you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to communicate with businesses around the world. You will take pride in managing and maintaining your portfolio of customers and manage the process through to completion for them.
Robust training is provided on the duties, the systems and the requirements to be successful - all you need to do is being your positive attitude, great work ethic and desire to succeed.
These positions are temporary, however there is potential for longer term opportunities.
The hours are Tuesday through to Saturday 5am - 1.30pm. Enjoy long afternoons!
The ideal candidate will have previous contact centre experience or customer service experience, be passionate about IT and have excellent communication skills.
