About the role

Reporting to the Australian and New Zealand manager, this role will focus on ensuring your customers (growers) getting ongoing support with the latest developments. You will need to work independently, with consistency to gain results. No two days are the same, one day you could be in Nelson and the next be in Pukekohe. Also with running trials, the job can get dirty, so a "hands on" attitude and passion for the horticulture industry is a must.

There is a strong connection to the existing large and successful crop science team, so you will have colleagial support at head office, and a technical team in Australia to call upon. You will be continuously learning the latest features of the products and to support this there will be a trip to Europe once a year, and two times to Australia for professional development purposes.

Key Skills

- A passion for all things "green"
- A tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Science
- Commercial skills in selling or owning your own business
- Ability to learn and facilitate the technical aspects of the product
- Resilience and persistence in a competitive environment
