We are on the look-out for a hands-on Operational Process Manager to join our high profile government client in a permanent capacity. This is a unique and exciting role and one that will really allow you to make the role your own by bringing your own ideas, tools, templates and toolkit plus my client is willing to invest in the right candidate to enable them to carve out a career with them.

Working within this fluid and high performing investment operations team, you will be responsible for driving and managing a range of complex as well as looking at the processes that are place and identify areas of improvement.

To be considered for this position, you MUST possess the following:

- Proven experience in Process Management
- Knowledge and understanding of how the funding process works
- A good understanding in how the Government Departments operate
- Experience in Project Management disciplines
- Comfortable in dealing with stakeholders across every level
- Proven experience in a fluid environment
- Experience in holding daily SCRUM meetings to determine priorities
