Based on the fringe of Newmarket, this longstanding and successful New Zealand Company is well known for having a friendly, professional, yet down to earth working environment. They have a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled Receptionist to join them in a 12 Months fixed term maternity cover.
This is an exciting and important role as you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff, you will get to see the same faces on a regular basis, and build strong relationships with clients and internal staff.
__You will work on the reception with one other person and you will be responsible for;__
- Planning and setting out the reception work load each week
- Welcoming visitors and employees
- Answering and transferring calls
- Maintaining the reception, kitchen and communal areas
- Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
- Process invoices and time sheets
- A variety of administration tasks
You will be a bright, capable and switched on individual who is systems savvy, customer service focussed and highly personable, with 5 years + administration/reception experience.
