This well established group home builder are experiencing significant growth in a bouyant market.
With this expansion, a need now exists to take on a competent project manager to manage multiple sites over south Auckland. Projects would be a mix of stand alone residential and some lighter commercial projects in the mix.
This role involves the day to day running of entire construction sites with several projects on the go at any one time.
Your day to day duties will involve:
- Being responsible for the consents process and taking ownership for all admin related responsiblities
- Working with, directing and managing site managers and sub-contractors
- Planning of work schedules
- OSH on site
- Service delivery and ensuring timeframes are being met
As an applicant you have:
You will came from a trade background and have experience working on ideally residential sites in a management capacity having progressed through the ranks. You demonstrate leadership skills, can motivate a team, and can effectively drive outcomes. You also have well honed adminstrational skills and understand the consents process.
