Our client, based Auckland CBD is looking for a Receptionist for their Corporate Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their career.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Telephone Management
  • Meeting and Greeting Clients
  • Function Co-Ordination
  • Administration
  • Booking of Meeting rooms
  • Ensure Kitchen Area is kept tidy

Key Skills and Competencies Preferred:

  • Three year’s reception experience in a Professional Services Environment
  • An ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Good organisational skills
  • Confidentiality
