Beyond Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Receptionists, for temporary assignments and immediate start dates. Some of our assignments are short term, some are long term but your availability to work immediately and for at least 3 months is important.
The roles require someone who is experienced in a busy reception desk and can juggle the pressures of being 'in the front line' with duties like operating a switchboard, meeting & greeting clients, organizing meeting rooms, transferring calls, general typing and various administration tasks which can take you away for the desk - hence the need for experience so you know you've got what it takes!
General hours of work are between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
If you can demonstrate .
- Solid previous reception experience
- A great personal and telephone manner
- A professional attitude and professional presentation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills
