Remuneration $75-85K per annum.
Outstanding opportunity to join a large software and IT management organisation in central Auckland.
This role will be responsible for ensuring there is consistency of people related process management and people care across the Auckland business.
Closely works with business managers, the recruitment and learning & development team to take ownership of 'people' processes. The core responsibilities are:
- Development, monitoring and improvement of processes
- Building effective relationships with business managers
-Tracking and monitoring compliance
- Programme management
To be successful in the role you will need to have an excellent and current understanding of NZ HR practice and legislation, a genuine interst in people, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence Managers, be confident and resilient, excellent planning skills and strong realtionship and interpersonal skills.
