We are seeking a number of highly skilled revit technicians with well developed documentation capability who are looking for an opportunity with a difference.
The projects are large scale, impressive projects to be involved with and to have on your CV.
You will be providing documentation that complies with codes and standards and producing co-ordinated sets of design documentation for the assigned project.
Developing the documentation so it can be priced by internal construction and costing teams will be your responsibility, along with managing multiple requests for plans, documentation and information. You will work with external consultants to ensure Building Consent is received.
Professional communication skills are essential in this role as is a team player attitude and collaborative working style.
What we will be looking for evidence of in your CV is detailed knowledge of local council regulations and NZ experience working within commercial and/or retail project teams.
