You will receive inbound calls from customers requesting quotes and making bookings, your goal is to provide the customer with a positive experience.
This role requires someone who is comfortable cross selling and upselling products, as well as tracking stock and liaising with internal staff members. No two calls will be the same, you will quickly need to establish the customers needs and have a strategy in place to address this.
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in retail or call centre sales ie upselling/cross selling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build raport with your customers
- Systems savy - can use multiple systems
- Customer focused
To be considered for this role you must be a NZ Citizen/Resident. This role is Monday to Friday with an alterate half day Saturday, fortnightly.
