__About the Role__

This position will be based in Hamilton and will require you to drive performance of the sales and service team. These teams have team leaders that require your investment of time and energy to encourage them to aspire to great heights. The region has a strong competitor and clients need options. There is a lot to achieve!! This role will require you to be an articulate communicator, a person who has empathy for the team, but high levels of expectation. An amazing opportunity for the leader wanting to take ownership and gain great rewards.


__Key Tasks__


- Managing a team of ten across the Central North Island
- Leading with foresight, strategic direction and positive reinforcement
- Forecasting and Reporting on a monthly basis
- Communicating with business decision makers
- Problem solving with technical teams


__Key Skills required__


- 5+ years Team leadership and coaching experience
- Leadership of three team leaders
- Reslience under pressure
- Knowledge and work experience of IT hardware and/or software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- MS Excel and knowledge of CRMsystems
