Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator for a 3 month temporary assignment.

This role is based on reception and will require you to provide exceptional customer service and administration support. The duties will include:

• General all round administration
• Meeting and greeting staff and clients
• Answering calls and queries
• Managing company fleet vehicles
• Coordinating building repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with contractors
• Assisting with internal moves
• Managing the security system and security cards
• Kitchen services
• Distributing mail and courier handling
• Processing job orders and logging jobs

To be successful in this role you must:

• Be available immediately
• Have proven experience in facilities, administration and reception
• Have Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft skills
• Be focused on providing top quality customer service
• Hold a full New Zealand drivers license
