We are looking for a highly dynamic, enthusiastic Senior Relationship Manager whose main strength will be building and maintaining strong working relationships with a portfolio of schools within the Taranaki/Whanganui/Manawatu/Wellington regions.
Your role as a Senior Relationship Manager will be primarily responsible for the portfolio management of school transport assistance related activities. You will be a talker, a thinker and someone who proactively establishes mutually beneficial relationships to get the job done.
You will be located in a regional office made up of a huge variety of people passionate about education. Your connection to the School Transport team will be via a virtual connection, as well as regular visits from your Wellington based National Leader. You must like driving, and managing your time efficiently in order for you to achieve collaborative relationship outcomes.
In this role, you don’t have to be an expert in transport or buses, as there are experts in that field already. What we are looking for is your willingness to get involved, a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and enthusiasm to be part of a new team that assists children achieve their educational potential.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven relationship management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the aptitude to build effective rapport with your clients
- Motivation and the ability to be able to travel to Wellington 2-3 times annually
- The ability to work autonomously and be proactive.
