Seeking a capable Level 1 and 2 Service Desk Analyst for a 5 month contract role in the Wellington market
You will have proven experience providing technical support across the following areas:
- Windows 7,8,10
- MS Office
- Active Directory
You will also:
- Possess excellent client relationship skills
- Provide superb customer service
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to contract in a highly regarded support environment.
You will provide User Support including Deskside support and be very approachable and responsive with a strong focus on customer service.
You will have experience in using call logging software and the organisation uses SCCM for deployment.
