What You Will be Doing:
In this role you will be facilitating internal resources to trouble-shoot, improve and deliver client solutions. As the Service Level Manager at Solnet you are responsible for measuring and reporting of services to Solnet's Enterprise Support clients. You are expected to facilitate technical activities in delivering support services to our clients. You are the primary contact for client management and liaising with other suppliers to service our clients.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys dealing with clients, developers and engineers. You will be given the space to deliver great services and get involved at every level of client delivery. If you enjoy building client relationships and have a passion for technology then this is the role for you.
What I Am Looking for in Your CV:
- Relevant IT industry experience with knowledge, skills and experience in client relationship and stakeholder management, including negotiation and crisis management.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. Having written and developed SLA’s is advantageous
- Examples of how you have managed different client relations and the outcomes. Having a good interpersonal skills and experience in maintaining and enhancing relationship among the team members and the clients are highly desirable.
