This Auckland construction company are continuing to grow at a quick rate. Being involved in several iconic projects, industrial projects, design and builds, and known as being nimble and responsive to clients needs, they have built up a quality reputation in the market.
Due to the continued upsurge in work load and with prospective work load looking positive there is now a need for a site manager at the senior level to join the team and run a $15M project at site level.
As a site manager you will be responsible for
* Managing the construction sites including ensuring programming milestones are met
* Site meetings and delegation of tasks
* Co-ordination of sub trades
* Health & Safety,
* Liaising with building control and quantity surveyors for variations to the schedule of works and certifications
* Some project management tasks
You are currently in a site management role for a NZ main contractor with at least 8 years of experience and should incorporate design and builds .
You understand programming, are quick thinking and possess a strong client service ethic. Your people management skills are a strength of yours, you are results focussed and can do what it takes to get the job done. A trade or tertiary qualification is essential. Salary - $100K - $115K + vehicle
