This is a specialist interiors contractor with a presence in the corporate/office fitout sector with jobs varying in size from $400K - through to larger $3M jobs. They are smaller team and run by switched on Directors that have strong networks throughout the industry. Team fit is important for this contractor.
They now require an experienced site manager to facilitate and co ordinate projects at site level ensuring successful delivery. This role has the ability to move quickly through to a project manager type role working under an experienced PM as the company grows.
Reporting into a PM, the role requires a mix of client interaction, material ordering, tracking programme to delivery timeframes, organizing sub trades, co ordination and overall site management.
As an applicant you will have had experience site managing projects within the interiors and fit out sector, and due to the size of the project, experience within the commercial construction space would be beneficial as well.
You have an eye for detail, are motivated and proactive in sorting out site related problems/issues.
This role offers a competitive package - $90K- $100K + vehicle
