Working alongside the Temporary consultants you will be looking to deliver talent to key roles and building pipelines of candidates. You thrive in an environment where you are sourcing for candidates using techniques around candidate attraction. You will be proactive setting up talent pools and confident in your ability to source the key talent provided.
You are a specialist end to end recruiter and understand the importance of building relationships for future as well as current opportunities.
You are well organized and know how to maintain calling cycles. Your written skills are top notch and attention to detail is second nature to you. You are someone who looks to add value and can see where refinements could be made.
You will enjoy the scope of the role; working though key process but at the same time can drop everything for an urgent temporary requirement.
You love the ability to drive your own desk and are proud of the outcomes you deliver.
