Our client is looking for a technical support resource to join them for a 4 month project. The resource will be required to assist part of a large tablet rollout (1000 devices to be rolled out). The main activities will include:

  • Assisting with configuration and build of the devices (tablets)
  • Assisting with the provisioning
  • Assisting with the physical rollout
  • Providing support to the current Service Desk team by taking calls and dealing with other IT issues

To be successful, the right candidate will be come from a Service Desk background and will have previous experience working on projects.

Technical Skills required:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft environments
  • Experience providing level 1 and 2 support
  • Experience in the build of mobile devices and tablets
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to juggle multiple demands
  • Excellent relationship skills
