Tell us why you choose to contract?
Contracting allows for a lot of variety and the chance to take an independent approach to delivering outcomes to customers.
What do see as the advantages of contracting?
The ability to work with diverse groups of people and businesses on a regular basis – it’s great for gaining experience.
What changes have you seen in contracting over the last 18 months?
The demand has increased due to a great backlog of work as a result of COVID-19.
How important is your relationship/partnership with your recruiter?
Very important. As a contractor, your relationship with your recruiter needs to be a transparent and trusted one, and this has been my experience with Beyond Recruitment.
