Today we say goodbye to one of our stalwarts, Drew Barnard. Drew's wife has just secured an inter-company transfer back to their Australian homeland, meaning unfortuantely Drew's last day with Beyond Recruitment is today.
Over the last couple of years Drew, alongside Chris Lacey has added great value as the leader of our Auckland IT & Transformation practice. His dry wit, leadership skills and contribution to the overall office culture will be greatly missed.
When asked what his favourite memory of the last couple of years has been, Drew highlighted his first Christmas party where everyone throughout the country were brought together for a team day, dinner and drinks. "It provided a fantastic opportunity to really get to know everyone throughout the organisation and realise how passionate everyone is about working at Beyond Recruitment."

Asked what he is going to miss most, Drew said that the biggest challenge for him is to find a new employer that can match the environment he is leaving behind here in New Zealand. His parting words to our CEO Liza Viz were "I'm really glad to have stumbled across the Beyond Recruitment business, it is a true hidden gem."
