My professional background: My professional background spans over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. I began my career as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where I developed strong expertise in strategic HR management, employee relations, and talent development. I hold an MBA in Human Resources, which provided a solid foundation for my career in people management and organisational development. After relocating to New Zealand, I expanded my experience into both agency and internal recruitment, gaining valuable exposure to diverse industries and talent markets.
