Where I’m from: I am originally from Mumbai, India, and have called New Zealand home for the last 11 years.
My professional background: My professional background spans over 18 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. I began my career as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where I developed strong expertise in strategic HR management, employee relations, and talent development. I hold an MBA in Human Resources, which provided a solid foundation for my career in people management and organisational development.
After relocating to New Zealand, I expanded my experience into both agency and internal recruitment, gaining valuable exposure to diverse industries and talent markets. Through these roles, I have developed strong skills in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and building effective recruitment strategies to support organisational growth.
What not many people know about me: I love football, and supporting FC Bayern Munich makes it even more exciting.
