Meet the Team

Where I’m from: I’m originally from Kraków, Poland. I have lived most of my life in New Zealand (Wellington, Auckland, Palmerston North and now I’m residing in Matarangi). I also briefly lived and worked in the USA and Australia. I support Hurricanes/Wellington Lions.

My professional background: I am a Company Director with 30 plus years of Senior Management and Business Consulting experience, mostly in energy, telecommunications and central government sectors. My core consulting competencies include business transformation, stakeholder management, change management, business process improvement, compliance, governance, quality and risk management.

Why I’m passionate about my role at Beyond Recruitment: Being a Director of such a successful organisation is a highly rewarding experience. Over the years, due to repetitive and dramatic changes in the market, we had to reposition and reorganise Beyond Recruitment, several times. I am very proud of how our people have responded to various challenges set by the Board and how those changes allow Beyond Recruitment to remain the market leader in New Zealand.

What not many people know about me: I hate losing at anything (oh you knew that?) and am prepared to practice (secretly) to improve my performance.

What I love about Aotearoa, New Zealand: The great New Zealand outdoors just cannot be matched, there is something to do all year round: beaches, fishing, walking, biking, skiing, hunting…the list goes on. Have you taken any photos of New Zealand landscapes lately, you should? And then (of course) there is no crowds everywhere (unless you go skiing at Turoa on the weekend in the middle of school holidays…but then you only have yourself to blame!). And then (of course) there is the food and wine…and quite spectacular wineries within one hour’s drive from any of the major New Zealand cities.
