An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced and passionate Account Director to join a New Zealand based software company, to drive profitable revenue growth within a key account and establish new business opportunities.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and develop new business opportunities that expand the business or have the potential to generate new revenue streams
- Be accountable for increasing customer spend through new sales
- Keep abreast of registration changes, global trends and best practices
- Develop plans and strategies to ensure the company achieves financial objectives
Key qualities and experience that you will bring to the role:
- Strong business, financial and legal skills
- Strong government contacts at central and local government levels
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial environment
- Working knowledge of the legislative, budgetary and procurement process within the public sector
- Strong ability to deliver
- Strong lobbying skills
- An outgoing personality with the ability to influence
