Brand Manager
Join a New Zealand company in the FMCG sector based in the city.
This role is more about managing the business that works with 4 key brands. The company has the NZ distribution for the brands that sit in the Health & Beauty division.
Your role will be working alongside the Account Managers and the Health & Beauty Business Manager to develop and manage collateral and execution (including online & social) for New Zealand. You will love this sector and will be keen to get alongside the Account Managers to promote these products.
You will be working with retailers, field personnel and will be involved in a variety of relevant events and activity to promote the brand.
Key areas of focus will include:

Collect feedback on promotional programs to help analyse performance and ROI

Identify potential opportunities and recommend adjustments for future strategies and plans

Forecast and manage all marketing materials including samples, collateral, etc

Develop and deliver marketing presentations to retailer partners and field personnel

Attend retailer meetings, relevant trade shows and marketing conferences

Maintain current knowledge of marketplace by staying in close contact with field personnel and actively seeking knowledge of the competition through store visits, trade publications and consumer magazines

Create and manage promotional collateral - coordinate with printer, creative and retailers to meet objectives

Manage the brand budget for marketing

Attend team sales meetings as directed by the Business Manager

Fortnightly communication with principal partner for the brands and management of all follow ups and reporting

Key to your success will be some experience in this sector of the market, Health & Beauty. The brands are well established and this role is about really looking after the brand, the partners and the retailers.
