Contact Centre Agent
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Financial Services Contact Centre Agents to join a dynamic, growing team of client-focused individuals building customer relationships on this offshore due diligence programme.
The main function for the position is to build strong customer relationships with no sales pressure.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
Previous experience working in a Contact Centre environment (inbound or outbound)
Availability to work full time, between 10.00AM and 10.00PM Monday to Friday
Strong PC literacy skills and the ability to work across multiple platforms
Working knowledge of KYC
Commitment with great track record of punctuality and attendance
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent command of the English language
Efficient and accurate data entry skills
Own reliable transport
