Our client has a massive footprint in New Zealand and they are looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
About the role:
- In this role you will take incoming calls, as well as responding to email corresponding from customers
- Queries will relate to providing quotations and following up on quotations
- Onboarding customers onto the client management system
- Order processing
- Processing customer reports
About you:
- You will ideally have experience in a freight forwarding / logistics environment
- A basic understanding of shipping will be very advantageous
- You will be passionate about service delivery and a proven track record on providing excellent service in the import and export industry
