We are currently seeking exceptional individuals for temporary, fixed term and permanent coordination and support roles across these Auckland locations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong New Zealand experience in an Administration, Sales Support, Customer Services or Accounts Support
- NZ Residency – (Only NZ Citizen’s, Permanent Residents or current Work Visa holders will be contacted)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience dealing with customers over the phone
- Direct customer contact following up a wide range of queries
- Flexible, positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Customer focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
