We have an opportunity for an ER Consultant/Advisor or a HR professional with extensive ER experience to join an existing ER team in a fixed-term ER Consultant role until the end of June 2024.

This role will support the ER team in providing employment relations advice and support to people leaders and employees.

Day to day you could expect to work on:
•    ER advisory
•    Case management
•    Mentoring and coaching People Leaders
•    ER training
•    Managing disciplinary processes, investigations, conflict management etc.

About you:
•    Sound knowledge of NZ employment legislation and case law
•    High volume ER experience
•    Stakeholder management
•    Proven experience in advising and coaching people leaders on ER matters
