- Build strong relationships across the organisation and the wider sector, contributing a whole‑of‑system perspective.
What You Bring
You will be a respected evaluation expert with:
- Deep knowledge of evaluation (mixed‑methods, quantitative and qualitative).
- A track record of delivering high‑quality work in complex environments, preferably within a New Zealand government context.
- Experience designing evaluation approaches.
- The ability to provide clear, balanced advice on issues of high complexity or uncertainty.
- Strong communication skills and sound judgement.
- Principal-level or significant Senior‑level experience in policy, research, evaluation, or information analysis.
