We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are available immediately or within a 2‑week notice period
- Are open to full-time work, Monday–Friday
- Are seeking roles based in Wellington CBD
- Expect competitive pay: $40–$65 per hour (temp) or $75,000–$100,000 per annum (role dependent)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Team Coordinator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of initiative, reliability, and adaptability
- Confidence using new systems and tools, and the ability to learn quickly
- Legal right to work in New Zealand
- Ability to start within 2 weeks
- Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice background check
