We have an exciting new role commencing ASAP for 6 months as a Group Support Administrator. We are looking for someone who has strong customer service experience, excellent attention to detail. Previous medical or insurance claims administration would be a bonus!

These Roles Are:

  • Group Support Administrator commencing ASAP
  • $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
  • Temporary role for 6 months to start
  • CBD location

Are you looking for your next customer experience role? We are looking for a strong customer service professional who genuinely enjoys customer service and is an all-round people person. You must be motivated and have excellent problem-solving skills as well as genuine interest in development, and delivery and promoting a high level of customer service within a corporate environment.

General Duties:

  • Obtaining additional information that is required to complete the assessment of a claim
  • Updating data base
  • Working in a fast paced enviornment
  • Making referrals to medical specialists, requesting medical notes or reports from health practitioners

To be successful in these roles you must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Must have proven customer service experience
  • Excellent ability to problem solve
  • High level of communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a variety of people
