My client is a well-known housing provider that supports social housing across the country.
Due to internal movement, they require a professional Property Manager to join their business and manage a portfolio property under their management. Theirs is a low volume high touch model that allows the property manager to ensure tenants best interests are at the heart of all activity whilst supporting the organisation ensuring tenancies are managed effectively and professionally.
Key to this role is having strong communication skills with attention to detail. You will need to be empathetic towards others needs and understand that no two situations are the same. You will be highly literate and organised as there will be compliance and paperwork to organise and collate, along with regular property inspections and reviews.
