This is a NZ PQS firm with offices spread throughout NZ. They have recently been awarded some new work and now have a need for an Intermediate to Senior PQS.

Reporting to one of the Directors, you will be working on projects including commercial builds, airport, rail & bridge construction, civil space structures and other capital infrastructure projects. Many clients are in the government sector so exposure to these clients would be valuable.

Your responsibilities include: Forecasting, estimating and cost plans, feasibility analysis, financial control and client reporting.  You will be working both pre & post contract and will have direct exposure to various clients.

To be considered for this role, you have:

* A BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
* 5+ years’ NZ experience in a Professional Quantity Surveying firm
* Professional Membership Associate
* Experience in client engagement especially with Government clients
* Ability to work both Pre & Post Contract


You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of between $120K – $140K.
