Intermediate PQS

A PQS firm has a steady workflow and confidence building for more projected client work.  Key project areas are airports, hospitals, rail, water, roading and major commercial projects. They are at the forefront of professional quantity surveying and offer the best in structured career advancement. As a QS you will get the opportunity to work across diverse commercial and infrastructure projects. Due to increase in work load, they are looking to bolster their team with an Intermediate QS.

You will need to be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 - 4 years of PQS experience within a reputable professional consultancy spanning vertical and/or horizontal construction. You are fully conversant with estimating software such as Cost X. 

You will need to be able to manage client projects - including producing quality cost estimates possessing excellent client liaison skills. Other skill areas include procurement, feasibility studies, tender evaluation, scheduling, managing risk and defining costs.

In return for your efforts, a competitive market salary is on offer of between $100K and $120K+, plus additional benefits and ongoing training.
