  • PART-TIME temporary HR coordinator role
  • 3 days per week – flexible working hours and arrangements
  • $35-$45p/h depending on experience
  • CBD Location –in a government organisation

Are YOU looking for a part-time role which is flexible and challenging, then this role is for you! Ideally you come from a project/recruitment administrative background and ready to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding and induction for new employees
  • Direct administrative and logistical support to the HR advisor
  • Data entry and maintaining data across all HR systems
  • Compiling internal letters and ensuring all correct documentation has been received
  • Providing support to recruitment process
  • Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • Live in Wellington
