About the role:

  • Be the first point of contact for all patients
  • Meeting and greeting patients at Reception
  • Handling in-bound and out-bound calls
  • Entering accurate patient information for bookings, processing scripts and referrals
  • Managing stock processing

About you:

  • Experience as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Administrator
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Great organisational skills
  • Empathetic manner
  • Flexible
  • Ability to work independently
