I am currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator, to assist a large team with a public sector client, based in Wellington CBD.
Daily Duties:
- Input all manual employee deductions, changes and management of specific payments within SAP
- Contribute to ACC processes, daily audits and DI Reporting
- Resolution of Payroll helpdesk logs within required SLA timeframes
- Ensure Payroll records are up-to-date and to recording standards provided by legislation
- Management of the Payroll Help Desk on a roster basis, answering the phone, logging queries and assigning payroll logs
- Annual archiving of Payroll records and BAU archiving activities
- Management of all data entry functions, management of a Payroll inbox in accordance with SLAs
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer-service based role, in a Payroll environment
- An excellent level of knowledge across MS Word and Excel, with a flair for picking up new systems
- Understanding of records management, Payroll concepts and a desire to further your Payroll career
